Criteria for Residency
Applications are $30/person for 18 and above.
- Verifiable income that is at least 3X monthly rent or $1500 whichever is greater.
- Picture of Federal or state issued photo ID.
- No evictions in last 4 years.
- No violent or illicit drug related felonies in last 7 years.
- No pets over 30 lbs. ( See Breed Restrictions Below )
- Minimum one year at current job.
- Minimum one year positive rental history.
- Poor credit score may lead to denial.
- All applicants must go to Armmgt.PetScreening.com and fill out an application.(No cost for no pets)
- Only one dog per rental, maximum of two pets.
Pet Requirements
No Pets Over 30 Pounds
All animals must be approved by management BEFORE they enter the park (No exceptions). No vicious breeds are allowed on the premises at any time , specifically to include but not limited to Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire, Bandog, Boerboels, Cane Corsos, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasiliero, German Shepherds, Great Dane, Mastiff, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Pit Bull Terriers, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Terriers, Tosa Inu, and Wolf of Wolf Hybrids, or other hybrids or any mixed breed including one of these breeds in its lineage, and/or dogs with a history of biting a human being. In addition, no wild or exotic animals, including but not limited to pythons, boa constrictors, wild cats of any kind, wild dogs of any kinds including wolves or wolf hybrids, monkeys, or apes, or pigs.
